Thomas I. Porter, OD

Dr. Porter is the Director of the Low Vision Service at St. Louis University's Dept. of Ophthalmology where he offers low vision care to hundreds of new patients each year. Dr. Porter is a graduate of Drake University, the Southern College of Optometry and holds an MBA from St. Louis University.

Dr. Porter is a member of the American Academy of Optometry, where he holds the status of Diplomate in Low Vision, the highest professional credential available in the field.

In addition to his clinical responsibilities, Dr. Porter is also Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology and Occupational Therapy at St. Louis University, and has been Eschenbach's Clinical Optometric Consultant for 5 years.
