When I order from Eschenbach, how long will it take for the order to reach me?

We have the fastest shipping time in the industry--if you order by 3:00PM EST, your purchase will ship the same day, ensuring that your orders will arrive in a timely manner.

What percentage of your orders are shipped complete and what is your shipping error rate?

95% of our orders are shipped complete and we have a <1% error rate. Plus, we can let you know instantly if a product is on back-order.

Does Eschenbach offer a broad range of products?

We carry a huge inventory of products [1,000+]. Our complete line of products include hand-held and stand magnifiers, spectacles, telescopes, video magnifiers and wrap-around absorptive filters. If you're looking to perform a specific task, we're sure to make a product that will fill your needs.

Are Eschenbach products covered by a warranty?

All Eschenbach products are supported by a 1-year warranty against any manufacturer’s defect; Eschenbach hand-held and stand magnifiers purchased after January 1, 2006 are covered by an expanded Lifetime Warranty against any manufacturer’s defect. So, when you purchase an Eschenbach product, you know that we stand behind the quality of our products!

What type of Commercial / Technical products does Eschenbach offer?

We produce magnification devices and systems such as hand held magnifiers and stand magnifiers, magnification visors, hands-free magnification products, electronic magnifiers, telescopic solutions, among others.

Can I buy your products online?

How can I return a product?

We have a 30-day return policy for all of our products – with a Return Authorization Form. As long as the product that you are returning is in its original box and is in re-saleable condition, it can be returned.
