(Ridgefield, CT- August 31, 2005) Bright Field magnifiers (which look like dome paperweights) work well for patients who need a small amount of magnification in a simple design. Until now, however, built-in illumination has never been available in this type of product. With the introduction of Eschenbach’s Bright Field LED Magnifier (#1423-1) however, patients can now benefit from built-in LED illumination in a Bright Field design making it easier to read menus in a dark restaurant, maps in a dark car, etc. This magnifier provides 1.9 times magnification and features a 35mm lens that provides edge-to-edge clarity. In addition, it comes complete with 2 AA batteries.
