Eschenbach has designed a Complete Low Vision Program that includes all the tools you need to successfully incorporate Low Vision Care into your practice. 

One part of this program is a complete Diagnostic Dispensing System for all of your Low Vision Care needs.  The Diagnostic Dispensing System - The Optoform - consists of 6 separate trays that include many varieties of pocket magnifiers, hand-held magnifiers, stand magnifiers, telescopes, magnifying spectacles, video magnifiers, absorptive filters, lamps, reading cards, and more.

The attractive and practical Optoform cabinet contains a comprehensive diagnostic inventory of vision aids to meet the diverse functional needs of the visually impaired. Several standard assortments are available, or we can help you develop a customized package.  The Optoform cabinet is on wheels and can easily be moved from room to room, as needed.
